Margaret has over 13 years experience in research having worked in Eastern, Western and Southern Africa countries for Ipsos Synovate. She was instrumental in not only setting Synovate offices up in Zambia, Mozambique and Nigeria but she was previously the managing director of Synovate Uganda. |

She has been on the list of “Top40 under 40 women” in 2011 and 2012 to watch out for in
Kenya for her work in public opinion polling on business, social and political issues. |

Margaret has published a paper on “The challenges of conducting research in Africa” South
African Market Research Association (SAMRA) Convention and was awarded the Eddie Shultze award for contributing to the development of research methodologies in Africa |

In line with her passion for passion for research, she has successfully set up research clubs in secondary schools in Kenya. To date there are over 4,000 research club members in over
70 schools in Kenya. The Research clubs of Africa aim to provide an early understanding of market and Social research at an early age.
